And he'll demand all doctors who work for any part of American healthcare to back his wacky ideas.
Most doctors are professionals. They will not back his wacky ideas without a sound scientific basis.

I expect states to start taking over the roles that HHS, the CDC, the FDA, and other federal agencies currently fulfill.

For example, NY under Andrew Cuomo already came up with their own version of the FDA because Cuomo simply didn't trust the "Trump vaccine." This was back in 2020.

And Ron DeathSantis in Florida has already come up with his own state-controlled health department that is coming up with its own "recommendations" regarding vaccines.
