Bill, Hegseth wasn’t selected to run DoD. *He was selected to fix it*. It's obvious that none of Trump's appointees were selected to run their respective departments in their current form. As for fixing their departments, you can't fix anything without being familiar with what is wrong. The military has become soft and woke, and it needs a course correction to return to the effective fighting machine the world relies on. This is nothing but PR. Our military remains the best in the world by far. It's not because of machismo. It's all because of logistics. Can Pete Hegseth maintain our military's logistical advantages over the rest of the world while pursuing his "anti-woke" agenda? While at the same time "draining the swamp" and making everything much more efficient? I have my doubts. Go back to my INTC analogy for the reasons why. Tenchusatsu
