Silver47 Exploration (AGA-V) Silver Range Resources (SNG-V) acquires 5.52 million shares November 14th 2024 Silver Range Resources Ltd. has acquired 5,525,000 common shares of Silver47 Exploration Corp. pursuant to an amended and restated asset purchase agreement dated Nov. 2, 2021. These 5,525,000 common shares represent 11.04 per cent of the 50,043,860 common shares of Silver47 currently issued and outstanding, with Silver47's common shares having commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol AGA, effective at the opening of trading on Nov. 14, 2024. Silver Range has acquired control and direction of these Silver47 shares for investment purposes.
