Bob,

The results sound very realistic to me. I like the results. This does not define anything, but it is consistent with my understanding of the property.

I thank you for your efforts and think that we have a good thing going here. Both with communication due to your efforts and with progress with the company. Progress is progress, and I personally thank you for your part.

Keep your nose clean, stay with your wife, and keep reporting--VVBG

I have talked about a sea-change for GPGI and I truly believe that it is very close, but will not call it yet!!

Watcher, Jack

Bob,

Thanks for the information. Finally, I believe we have gotten some accurate, albeit incomplete, information. Now, a few questions:

1. Do you know how many Rule 144 shares were issued?
2. And how many shares are outstanding now?
3. Will this information be reported to the SEC?
4. I believe Mr. Jensen mentioned that he was going to hire a CFO soon. Has this been accomplished yet?

It's also interesting to me that a COC was performed by a South African.
5. Why didn't Mr. Jensen hire someone closer to home?
6. Are there South African firms interested in GPGI?
7. Is this Brian Dowell credible within the mining industry?

Thanks again for providing "accurate" information.

Dan

Bob: Regarding new Private Placement. How many shares were sold? At what price? How long are they restricted?
