<<Some will surely try over the next couple of years to avoid repeating history by chosing a vendor that didn't make its clients totally re-write their software just to resolve Y2K issues>>

Joey:

To the best of my knowledge, only WNDR has been able to provide its customers with a guaranteed upgrade path (without reworking their entire application) over its history. The other major vendors have had one or more release that left their customers requiring significant engineering effort to convert to the newest software.

To a saavy corporate customer, knowing that the engineering/services cost is many times the cost of the purchased software, WNDR becomes an even more attractive choice.

Other SW vendors better get with the program and understand the importance and value of this type of investment protection.

Regards,

Rick
