Thank you, Mr. Turner. If you go beyond earnings driven stock value, then you will have to look at the market making process. STRR now has less active market makers, but the process is still the same. It now appears that some maker makers may have inventory. Price is stable and they have interest to make some money themselves. Common error of large stockholders is thinking market makers will push the stock price up to make some money for some one else. When market makers do not believe in the stock and do not own any; then the stock is just commissions and spreads. However, specialists on the NYSE usually own the stock.
