As a group we have decided to put up to a maximum of $80 per member to cover a portion of the filing costs. We are trying to contact as many shareholders as possible. We have only just started and are looking for support. Our investment club invests $2000 per member per month. Apart from Corel, our track record is pretty good. We invested $40,000 in Corel at a cost of $6.125 per share. We have sold our position this week at $2.375 per share. Our losses have been approximately $1200 per member. Each member is willing to risk a further 10% of their remaining equity of $800 towards legal fees. Brian
