My guess is that American Barrick converted those debentures. That makes it interesting. The debentures were done just under the reporting requirements as to ownership for a reason. Another week coming. Maybe this is the one where the court will have a say on our stock price,

Anyone know some of the rules regarding that 10% ownership rule?
It would make sense that convertible debentures are considered as equity as most eventually get converted.

So my question is, are convertible debentures a way of getting around the 10% equity rule?
