Your interpretation is totally incorrect.
Brinker has maintained a one hundred percent invested
bullish position since the Dow was at 2300 in 1990. He has
never ever waivered in this view and has told his subscribers
to remain fully invested at all times.
He projected the short term pullback last autumn and
the rally in February 1998 as conditions fell into place.

I2 or Anyone: re: <NASDAQ Short Interest Listings ?>
I see the short interest for the NYSE and AMEX in Barrons today, however I can't find the NASDAQ Short Interest listing. Anyone know when NASDAQ Short Interest is announced ?

It should especially be interesting to see how many UTEK shares are short for February. My guess is the number decreased from mid- January levels because the stock price has held up so well in the face of the announced lower than expected 4th quarter 1997 earnings last month. Any other guesses ?
