Strapping to front of car, that would be naughty. Now onto a more familiar subject.

When PO got caught bribing his one big customer to the tune of $6 billion to not use a competitors products, he then got a slap on the wrist $2.5B fine / judgement IIRC.

His latest successor Pat was paid back with compound high interest via the Chips Act Bailout, effectively a fine on the taxpayers who bought hot running computers despite the warning label "Intel inside". The Chips Act, emphasis on ACT, Pat went into his act and it was quite a promising performance.

Politics, Economics and Stock Market are to varying degrees theater. They may have started out as mama's boys, cuase they are now a bunch of GD lying SOS MFing drama queens. With peons like me, who replace their mothers, as their bitches. They tell you China is responsible for it all. Pat to mother Joe: "Look what they done to my song ma".

Maybe strap them to the rear bumper?

IIRC at least one of the Google rear-endings was when the Google car slammed on its brakes because a plastic bag had wafted in front of it!
