Nobody has actually seen the North Koreans in any battle, there is no evidence I have encountered that is remotely credible. Just an elaborate hoax by Ukrainian intelligence, it seems, so far, which the Dementia administration takes as Gospel. And it would seem that the Dumb and Dumber team of Blinken / Sullivan have brought us to the brink of WW3 based on no evidence. (Even if North Koreans are in fact on territory of Russian Federation, it is none of our business, no reason for the US for fire ATACMs at Russia). But there is news. The North Koreans have now been found. They are all hiding in the WMD vial.
