not sure what to do about google. I am fully invested except for some cash i raised yesterday for buying tax loss stocks in december. my gut tells me i should wait and sit til mid december. I suppose if google dropped to 150 i might deploy that cash.

OT. Just goofing around with my GOOG prediction.

GOOG up now today over $200 which I predicted last year (qv). And...as usual...I really had no conviction to buy in quantity at that time-- no real belief in any validity of a simplistic predictive model.

I see some analysts have predicted GOOG in 2025 to be where it is now ($210) area. I also have this now:
"Based on the one year price targets offered by 19 analysts, the average target price for Alphabet Inc is $214.05 with a high estimate of $240.00 and a low estimate of $185.00."

Recalculating for my 2026 number, based on predicted earnings, and all else beng equal, I should expect to see GOOG trading over $325/sh next year. Seems so high.

Perhaps it's now prudent to trim position. I'll continue to hold shares though, not adding, and hope that my model prediction proves correct for next year.
