Watch List for Feb 23: LIZ, LBOR, OATS, LOW,STNRF,IDTC,WMT
holding HPS, STNRF, DISH, IDTC (no options just stock in all)

I am very concerned about the market. More money is flowing out of the market then into it for the first time in a while. If this keeps up for any period I think we are in for a down. Times like this it's important to track the money flow.

My four commandments for crisis preparation:

1) Never more than 25% invested overnight (I am currently in 4 stocks and no options.)

2) Hold only strong stocks, especially those that were recently upgraded or had a good earnings report.

3)I will not buy any options for longer than 1-2 day hold. I will take profits as they come. (Only on rare occasions like DELL did I hold overnight)

4) Buy on the rumour and sell on the news. DO NOT hold your volatile stocks overnight before an earnings report unless they are of the 'safer' variety. I will probably hold LOW,SLVN and HD past earnings if I play them, but plan on playing NICEY, WIND as daytrades.
