You may have been following the company for years, but you are missing a big problem with AGTI. In 1994 there were 10 million shares outstanding. Last year there were 40 million, then 60 million. In January, I was told by AGTI investor relations there were 90 million shares because of Silzer's Reg S financing debacle. Then a news release came out saying the company had halted any more conversion of Reg S debt into stock. But Thursday Bob Hunziger stated there were now 105 million shares. This dilution is what has caused the stock to go from $.75 - $1.00 to almost nothing.

When will it end? I wish the company would tell us. I know there are 150 million shares authorized, maybe that will be the number, at least until the next shareholders meeting. With over 100 million shares, earning $.10 to $.50 per share is a long way from where we are today.

Go AGTI, Go Sonic Bingo, Go UK, Go Texas, Go New CEO... Go Something!
