Abdalraouf Abdallah was just released from prison. This Islamic extremist reportedly played an "important role" in the radicalization of the t*rrorist who k*IIed 22 people in the Manchester Arena bombing in 2017.

His probation officer, prison officer and psychologist determined he's 'high risk of serious harm to the public' and 'show levels of engagement with extremism and intent to commit t*rrorist-related offending'

He's now out on the streets in the UK.
