Of course, but the way to deal with waste is though the Democratic process, which government does with a zillion checks and balances like advisory councils. But most of the programs they object to are ideology based, not real waste. MAGA think the Department of Education is waste, when it is one of the most important department keeping us civilized! Because they do not believe in wisdom and compassion! They believe in dog eat dog! And that is really hard on the kids. But to just start slashing based on UNSCIENTIFIC THEORIES, and ideology, that the poor are deadwood and should suffer, or the young, or old, or injured!! Civilization takes scientific knowledge, and compassion, NOT fear! < As for cuts, let me ask you a question. Do you believe there is waste, fraud and abuse anywhere in the federal government?
