You remind me of that USA speed skater in the 1000m girls event who jumped the gun.

As I recall, BAT only has a letter of intent from SKODA ELCAR ( a part of Skoda Pilsen Group) and any successful relationship there will depend on additional financing. All the more reason BAT should be above reproach.

On BAT's power generation business, no contracts have been signed and if you think about, if serious money was involved (i.e., multi million contract) don't you think they would want to see the result of the third party dyno test before signing a contract. Then again, maybe Ole Joe was talking about producing electricity in his own back yard. We really don't know what he was talking about.

Some of the other initiatives you mention are equally dubious. So I caution, "Don't hatchet your Count before he chickens".

The immediate issues I see, Who is the Assignee on the patent(s) and the third party dyno test for Ford.

In the mean time, things I'd like to see:

1) The SEC take care of Ole Joe.
2) A 1 for 10 split.
3) BAT International reborn as Dolphin Technologies.
4) Dolphin Tech (NASDAQ:DOTI) listed on the NASDAQ

After the dyno test:

5) Consummation of the SKODA ELCAR deal.
6) License Pulse Charge Technology to Ford et al.
