That's my REFR-related question More research reveals that he Hungarian government has heavily subsidized the construction of several German auto makers' EV plants in order to provide jobs for its own work force. They've done the same for Chinese and South Korean EV battery makers. Long, long story about the tangled history of Hungary and the German OEMs, and I believe that as a dealmaker. Orban is more than a match for his American counterpart. If he remains in power, hopefully that means for no U.S. tariffs on Hungarian-produced Neue Klasse models.
