I don't know anything about this stock, but it appears that the stock had undergone a 1for 500 reverse split last year. What's the deal with that, and why is the stock so low now?

I don't have the exact background at hand right now and I am typing from memory but the deal is this: Netz used an old shell to start up. That old shell did the reverse split. It was before 'our' time.

The basic reason for the not-so-impressive stock price is that a lot has happened. Netz, the holding company, has aquired a series of key assets to become a big player in the online ad biz. That process has been very intense. They've basically come from zero to here in under six months. That kind of effort has left some 'skid marks' here and there. Mainly the company has not released any financials yet and the IR has been less than stellar.

Netz is basically in their final shape now and we will IMO see consolidational moves in the near future. Based on the info I have there is no apparent big downside right now. Just don't get caught playing momentums on this one. The size of the liquid float is not yet known.
