Right. Which is why Bill's victory was described as a "plurality" of the popular vote. Now, are you going to claim you never heard the word before Clinton won that election, which might even be true, and that meant it was part of some plot... Which would be batshit crazy. However entertaining it might otherwise be. Nor ro mention, Bill didn't claim a mandate to move the country towards an authoritarian dicta9rshiip, but to move the Democratic party closer to the Republicans. Which is a very different thing.
