I am wondering if this happens to others. I put the proceeds into CPQ. If you don't mind and with apology to this thread, do you think this was a good tread off? It never fails. Sell a stock, it will rise. Buy it, it falls. Don't think you can go wrong buying CPQ though. I think its one of the best plays in the market right now (and one of the few techs thats somewhat undervalued, given its potential). But I guess if you bought CPQ on Friday, you were the reason the stock was down! :-)

peacelover, *OT* IMO CPQ is a good long term play, as for short to medium I cant say for sure of course, but I would guess that any announcement of cost cutting at DEC, layoffs, reorganization would give CPQ a pop. I dont follow it too closely but it seems to be trading rather weak since the DEC buy. I too almost bought last week when it went below 35. So , does CPQ see 40 before ASND? right now I am leaning towards asnd, but CPQ will definately see 40 this year IMO. I dont think your switch will be a disaster, its going to be a close call.
