All, Iraq's oil infrastructure appears to be broken with
respect to pumping additional oil. Assuming they are
permitted to sell additional barrels of oil to pay for
the repairs, whom in the Drilling and Oil FIeld services
will benefit the most by affecting repairs on Iraqs fields?
Won't this generate additional demand (long and short)
for oil field services? Which company (European, I suppose)
will get the job? Any speculation on the amount of
money required to fix Iraq rusting equipment after six/seven
years of neglect? Pat
