I am stepping in only to say that I used QPR1 and am now using QPR2 and both have worked flawlessly using qp_view.exe. With QP R1 I had older version of IE and had to set up exe but with new IE4.0 I did nothing. I might add that during the time I was running R1 I had a number of crashes, WIN95 or other programs with flaws, not related to QP and had to reloaded the complete HD to correct the problem. Sorry to hear your having problems with this utility. Arctic Mike
