How long do you think it will take for the dust to settle on this one? I would expect a round of downgrades from the brokerage community, then a digestion period and then a great buying opportunity. What do you think? David, It is my opinion the dust has already settled. There will be time over the weekend for money managers to access the information provided by CIEN. They will also decide the selling was over done and we should see a slow rise back to the upper 40s next week barring a market problem due to Iraq. CIEN will publish new contracts as soon as they are finalized and I believe Bell Atlantic will be first and soon. The analysts made cautionary statements yesterday due to the fact they did not have time to research completely. A hold comment is like "let's wait and see". I am bullish on CIEN as you can clearly tell. I had no position in CIEN when it was in the 50s. I took my positions yesterday. Glenn
