Lawrence York, manager of the 17-month-old WWW Internet Fund, expects to see online sales growth of as much as 300 percent this year. MasterCard and Visa are working on Net payment standards and the resulting convenience of electronic ordering, security and delivery system "is going to make the consumer king," York told the Los Angeles Times.
