TGT. My order's in for a tracking position if I can get shares for $130.20. (near Fri low)

Several times I have missed by not buying upon the stock's sharp fall and discouraging business news. Each time the stock has recovered.

Will business improve and investors see a recovery in stock price once again? I'll say yes for a small bet. I don't see a catalyst though.

After their drop they don't look that bad. 13 P/E seems like a good opportunity, compared to like a COST where the P/E is 59.
