I once had an overdue library book, it was one day overdue and there was a two cent charge each day a book was overdue... I paid the two cents to the librarian and I got a receipt, I felt awful that I committed such an offense, I never took a book out again, I always just sat there and read it... I felt terrible... Wait a second, you were going 63 in a 60 mph zone??? You're license and registration, please... GZ
