Robert, AIPN has managed to stave off the wrath of such floorless instrument, I believe they are enforcing a covenant against arbitrage in the common. Many smaller companies have no choice, and when their survival depends on such instrument they use these. AKSEF is a case in point, they incurred a four to 1 dilution (from 25 MM to 100 MM shares), but survived, and I think their future is a little better now. It was the floorless situation that got me to become the "two dollar man more than two years ago when the stock was still at six, and the rapid conversion in the low 2 changed my mind when I then called a BUY on AKSEF. I have since changed my position a number of times there but no longer in relations to floorless. They have all converted.

Robert, yes it was a typo, I meant to say "holding the bag", not the "back". Sorry, the spellchecker is not perfect, and I am far less than perfect.
