FC, Biden Junior was an Addict. He's a "victim" of his own choices. He should have to suffer the consequences. And if said consequences are amplified because of his father being president, so what? Junior wanted all of the benefits of being the president's (or vice president's) son, but not the responsibilities thereof. Doesn't matter, though.
