Hi Mitch,

I would agree with you that the technicals appear to be improving. What I have liked over the last few days is that, after bumping into resistance at $37, the stock has "hung around", bouncing off of 35 3/8 a couple times and mostly trading between 35 1/2 and 36 1/2 instead of going down and testing its lows.

It also appears that the big block selling that plagued the stock last month has turned around and there is some significant buying going on. Yesterday, there were two huge trades (100K and 200K shares) and they both appeared to be buys. In fact, they moved the stock from 35 1/2 to 36 1/8. Of course, its hard to know what happened on those trades for sure because they were probably negotiated outside the regular market, but they did move the market up.

Regards,
Jason

Mitch - it appears that Dick Kraber may be having a laugh at our expense! With only a one cent surprise and a reported loss (before charges) how do you feel the stock will fare?... I fear that the appearance of that dread four letter word on the press release will spook at least a few investors (as it seems to have done on the other thread) and our short-term fate rests on the conference call... Any comments?

Carolyn

p.s. - you know what would give me a real belly laugh? The announcement of a two-for one split....
