Redwoods share is only 30% at this time. Once they are fully bought in they are at 50%. Go to Montello site and read the news release (May 7). montello.com
They have to come up with another 5 million before they own 50%. If Redwood wanted the ability to come up with money as the scene changes then it is only reasonable to assume that Montellos options remain open. They would have been poor negotiators if they gave away the farm prior to a guaranteed commitment from Redwood. This means that Montello still owns 70% at this time and they should have the right to get out of the rest of the deal with Redwood since Redwood can decide not to excersise their options. IMHO JP (Since I have lots of MEO and no RDW I hope I am right) :)
