I am sure that is what it sounds like to you. But the state of Alaska paid me to do that stuff for 20 years, and they thought my ideas were good, because they kept hiring me to do more of it. Right before I retired I spent two years in Valdez for the governor dealing with the oil spill. I wrote a status memo to him ever single night, and my friends in the governors office said he read mine first. And I neve had a request denied. So they didn't think it was gibberish. You never give any thought to the thinking that went into our democracy and to keep it alive. How smart and complex our founding fathers were when they set up this democracy.
