Layman's terms..

52% water is too high. Probably like 10% (AND IT MAY NOT EVEN BE MOBILE), leaving 90% oil.
If the (oil) recovery factor is 20% (conservative), I'd rather have 20% of 90% than 20% of 48% in my stock tanks.

90% oil saturation will need less thickness and acreage to make
money then 48% oil saturation.
