This was just on the wire. It might be of interest.

<<<<<<<< BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1997--BAT
International's (OTC:BAAT) subsidiary, Dolphin ACI, has been
undergoing a series of tests on super-efficient engine technology.
Recent preliminary test results indicate that BAT expects to
achieve at least 80 miles per gallon at 60 miles per hour. The
company is currently undergoing additional in-house dynamometer
testing and is planning a set of independent tests in the next two to
three weeks.
BAT is also planning to place the engine it is currently testing
in a five-passenger sedan, and to complete a run across the United
States from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. to demonstrate vehicle
fuel efficiency and performance.
The company is tentatively planning to time this run to coincide
with a major international meeting occurring in Kyoto, Japan in early
December, where an agreement involving legally binding commitments to
reduce greenhouse gases is being negotiated by governments from
around the world. BAT will have press conferences in both Los
Angeles and Washington, D.C.
President Clinton has discussed in a recent press conference an
initiative involving $5 billion to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
in the United States and to achieve goals discussed at this Climate
Change Treaty meeting in Japan.
BAT's proprietary Dolphin Pulse Charge technology could be an
important part of a super-efficient vehicle strategy in the
transportation sector in applications ranging from scooters and
motorcycles to automobiles, trucks and buses.
BAT is planning to license the technology to major auto
manufacturers and incorporate the technology in the near term in its
own vehicle production efforts or joint venture agreements overseas.
Furthermore, the technology can be incorporated in engines when
they are being rebuilt and provide tremendous near-term
opportunities for applications in buses, trucks and other large
fleet applications.

I guess that 45 gallon tank ought to do it if they can achieve the 80 mpg whichis better than we had said earlier--70mpg
