The bureaucrat are the one's who make sure your water and food is clean, that your streets are safe, and emergency medical people will help you when you are sick or hurt, and keep the bad guys from robbing you. Our very civilization is held together by bureaucrats, and I spent 20 years with them and 95% of them work their asses off to give you a better life! The rule of law, scientists and the bureaucrats are what give you a life MUCH better than at any time in history! By immunizing against diseases like polio, diphtheria, and measles, public health efforts have nearly eradicated them 1.
