NB, For what it's worth, I agree completely with Judith. The current management did not create the 50 mil problem, but it is the current management who is completely ignoring it in their communications with the shareholders. And it IS a major issue. (How comfortable are you going to feel that you have the facts when the next one comes up?) Those who are growing impatient are not so only because of the share price, but because of the way the company handled the issues with the TA, the 50 mil shares, no SEC filings, no new business in a while, etc. etc. Those are the FACTS. A well preannounced visit to the company will always leave you FEELING good. But I don't want to beat a dead horse. It is obvious that the company knows how we feel about these issues and we were not able to persuade them to change their approach to them. We will just have to agree to disagree for now. I have no doubt that the long term outlook of the company good. I do very much appreciate what you and Mike did and unselfishly shared with this thread. I made these comments not to bash the company, but hopefully to engage in a reasonable discussion about the issues surrounding it. ER
