Sorry Barb, But Asensio bailed out early on this one when he realized he was wrong. The subject Company has real sales, real products and real earnings. That means that it has value and can fight back, unlike Asensio's usual targets. Asensio sold out in early October and left other shorts to fight it out. He reportedly knows he was wrong on a number of points on ERGB and has kept to the sidelines. A couple of law firms confirmed looking at class actions against Asensio and others for trading on material non-public information, for posting false information, for misrepresenting the facts and for stock manipulation involving ERGB. Pretty serious stuff. Also, ERGB has been quietly reviewing its options, monitoring the activities and waiting to get into the next fiscal year when some of its product lines and recent acquisitions will have time to produce additional sales and earnings. By next fall we ought to know who was really right on this one.
