DR. BOND,

If your ( possible) explanation is correct then Vivus must have many frustrated customers at this time. Hopefully, monday you may have some additional answers.

Thanks,

RT

Interpretation of Script and Refill Numbers

Dr. Bond, have you been able to obtain the information required to correctly interpret these numbers. Specifically, if a new MUSE customer starts with an Rx of 6 doses, assuming it is effective, when he runs out does he refill the original Rx (ie; becoming a refill #) or is he given a new Rx (ie; becoming a new Rx #)?

Should we interpret that early satisfied users (current repeat users) appear in the most recent months as new Rx or refills?

Many thanks - keep up the good work.
