<<<No doc, this is negative week on the SI CheckFree thread..

Can't you come up with something negative?

........no

.......as a warning to all those who are negative, please use my wife as an indicator. she has no faith in technology whatsoever--low tech to a fault. you know what she told me (she does all of our bill pay).

......."i am sick of paying bills--what was that computer thing you wer talking about."

.......btw every month wells fargo tells us (on the cover of our envelopes) "pay bills online" free offer etc. etc.

.......so we just signed up this week for ckfr service. had she not lived with me it would have taken her at least a year or two more. what am i saying?

........the average joe has no idea about ckfr/bill pay and won't until it is on his television. and, if you have been watching the news, PC/TV converters are now $199!!!! in a few years they will be $99 and then they will be $25-50 and then they will be built in the tv--and ckf stock at that time (2-3 years from now) will look like they were given' it away for free at $25.

.......

Hey TLindt, look out your window, the enemy is in your backyard!

aa.mlive.com

"The company will modify its software so that data in mainframe computers can be understood by the MSFDC system."

Interesting that Microsoft is now in the mainframe world, a fish out of water? Only time will tell. Coming from a technical back round, sounds like they are using bubble gum and shoe strings. Just my opinion.

Hey TLindt, can you do any spying? I have a watch radio.

Benny

>>>Climbing a Wall of Worry?

If you are in need of constant affirmation, particularly from the stock market, the probability of success will be diminished. But if you can think for yourself, apply relatively simple methods, and have the courage of your convictions, the chance for profit is greatly increased.
