The way the biblical story goes is very simple: G-d offered man a life of innocence in paradise. But man preferred to strive for knowledge and wisdom. Thus, he landed on planet earth.

Man has no nature. He/she makes himself/herself into whatever he/she desires. G-d is always there if you call out to him. Otherwise, G-d remains silent in the background.

Most people get what they strive for. I am in the voluntarist camp. I chose exactly what I wanted to be and do in life. I have no regrets in that regard.

I am not a government guy. They are looking to steal people's money in order to fund wars and other sick things. People should become self-reliant, responsible and accountable for their own existence and stop depending on the government. Government is largely "life without principle." (Thoreau)

G-d gives you the raw materials and it is up to you to develop it so you can amount to something.
