It's been offset over the short- and long-run by the decline in the funds parked at the Fed's RRPF. Notice the simultaneous decline in the yield on the 10 yr note and rise in the S&P 500 FAANG index since the 3rd wk of November. The RRPF may run out of funds by the end of the year or by the time the new administration takes over.
