If you think that your body is a machine, and it is ORGANIC And your liver & lungs are simply "filters" You tell me how well "other sh" can process & plug up sh internally I'll go one step further on medication also Tablets -vs- Capsules I crush my tablets before taking them to the smallest UNIT I can, but something is holding IT together still.... Capsules? Encased in ? who knows what -smile- as I empty them and throw away the casing Simplest test? Taking the "capsule" and throw it on top of your coffee in drip-o-matic :-) +++++++++++++++ And if it didn't totally disintegrate, at that temperature?? It sure in the he, ain't gonna then !! Moral of this story?? The more your machine bumps up against "FRICTION" the hotter it runs = burning more heartbeats!! And like an old supervisor I worked for in the early 80's said "God only gave ya so many" [but our conversation was in regards to simply getting pied off at crap, beyond one's control Not my above TRUISM
