It didn’t occur to me, but - true - why would the Russians worry about keeping surface ships parked in Syria if they can toss an unstoppable hypersonic with multiple warheads into any point in Europe and beyond - and do it with precision. Speaking of Russians - don’t know if you had a chance to see it - an interview with the 1st deputy of Russia’s ambassador to the UN - Dmitry Poliansky. In his own way, he’s no less impressive than Lavrov. Seems to be saying what’s on his - and his superior’s minds. Overall, a positive guy, a constructive thinker. The Russians want peace. We should give them peace - and focus on getting our own house in order. Message 34940777
