Fauci clearly lied under oath, but there is no need for a pardon. It would be impossible to get a jury which isn't tainted with at least one media zombie who thinks Fauci is a saint.

Also, Fauci is a national security official and that is literally a lawless field. The judiciary has consistently ruled that the national security apparatus is above the law.
