It is crystal clear no rape occurred. The very idea is stupid, particularly given the episode of Law & Order that clearly was the precept in her wet dream. It was sick, and while NYers in a bogus court drew the conclusion, it is self-evident the American People did not fall for it. Very convenient that NY got a special law created to allow them to mold this scene from L&O SVU into a crime retroactively.
