In law if you have a case that is exactly on point
with the earlier caselaw you can cite that earlier
case to the judge and state "Your Honor, the case of
_____versus_______ decided in the Supreme Court of
Michigan is exactly like our case and therefore you
should rule in our favor". That is a four square case.

Your comment was exactly on point. I will try to
practice what I preach henceforth.
