In 2,000 Clinton's tax increases were running surpluses and it was estimated the debt would be paid off in 12 years--PAID OFF. That is what we liberals call a fact-lol! Bush came in and started cutting taxes on the rich, and started two stupid wars and the deficit ballooned, and then he almost brought down the world financial system in 2008, and Obama had to bail the world out, which was more deficits. Then Trump added another eight trillion and here we are. Pretty much the entire deficit was caused by Republicans tax cuts for the rich. And watch how much Trump adds to it in the next four years, and he won't give a shit about it being at 36 trillion now! LIke most of MAGA you live, and defend, a right wing fantasy world, because you don't understand reality, or can't face it!? < The Dems outspent the budget. They always do. Dems should never ever ever ever complain about the debt. They own it.

Bill, Dems should never ever ever ever complain about the debt. They own it. On January 20, 2025, Trump and the Republicans will inherit the debt and take ownership of it. Since they will have control over all three branches of federal government, it's now up to them to fix it. No excuses. No need to remind me that it'll take time, because you don't have to convince me. Just the public who seems absolutely intolerant of the "high price of eggs." Tenchusatsu
