News release. Fancamp Resources Ltd FNM Shares issued 15,800,000 Feb 24 close $0.19 Wed 25 Feb 98 Acquisition The VSE has accepted for filing a letter of agreement dated February 6 1998, between the company as Esbec Exploration Inc whereby the company obtains the option to acquire a 100% interest in 78 mineral claims known as the B40 block on Quebec's North Shore, 90km north of Baie Comeau which are held by Esbec. In exchange, the company must issue 50,000 shares to the vendor on initiation of the agreement and a further 50,000 shares in six months. Also, the company is required to make the following payments at the end of each year from initiation of the agreement: end of year one - $10,000; end of year two - $30,000, end of year three - $60,000 and end of year four - $75,000. Esbec will hold a 2% nsr interest in the property, but the company will have the option to acquire 1% of this by the payment of $1,000,000.
