Respect is very important, the most important thing. It is not important whether people agree with the tenets of a religion. What is important is that you respect the rights of others to practice their religion.

I have lived most of my life in NYC and Tel Aviv and I can honestly say Jews do not even talk amongst themselves about other religions. We have no interest there outside of maintaining freedom of religion.

Now I studied other religions in college and graduate school in philosophy so I am a bit different in that regard. But the only people I have ever discussed Christianity with are with Christians. Jews are basically not interested in such discussions.
