Do not feel too bad. You have to let your winners run especially if that run happens in less than a year. I do have some low cost UNFI I bought in 2/2020.

UNFI has run from $8.75/share in 5/2024 after making a round trip from 2020. Mr. Market ran this stock early even w/ losses and negative FCF. However prospects have been getting better every quarter. They are still not FCF positive.

That's +235% in 7 months. I use SMA (200) daily & weekly for indications if I s/d continue to hold. Also use this when to Buy if/when price is below the SMA(200) both daily & weekly.

Good job on PLTR; I closed out my position at $16 after holding for several month's in 2023 after buying at $8/share. Never thought this would run to $71/share. Valuations are out of this world!

I had an overweighted position in MAC and scaled out of the last of it at/near $20. Still holding my medical REITs SBRA & HR w/ good gains. The dividend is keeping me in these.

For me, I like to find 5 new positions every year w/ a 18-14 month hold period. This strategy has worked good in our Bull market but I do think many stocks are over extended.

Holding a lot of cash waiting for that 10%-15% correction. Maybe we see some selling in early 2025.
